When you put skincare products (or even water) on skin that's very dry or cracked, you might feel a stinging sensation. If this stinging goes away after a little while, it usually means it's not an allergic reaction. It's a good practice to do a patch test on a small area before using a new product. However, you know your skin best, and if you're worried that the discomfort could be due to an allergy, it's a good idea to consult your doctor for guidance.

Yan-Yee products can be used externally on all areas of the body, but for best results use on targeted dry and irritable spots as per our recommendations.

Not all natural products are harmless, nor are all synthetics harmful. Our synthetic elements help our products work better, feel nicer when you use them, and stay effective and safe for as long as they're stored.

Should you be concerned we would advise that you seek the advice of a healthcare professional, for example your GP or midwife before using our products. If you do use Yan-Yee while pregnant, always patch test 24 hours before application.

Once your shipment left our warehouse, you should have received a 'Shipping Confirmation' email. In that email, there's a button labeled 'Track Shipment' which you can click to get updates on where your order is.
